Testing the Test Meter

As with most pieces of sensitive equipment, you should check to see if it is working accurately at regular intervals. A "Control Solution" is used, that has an accurate Glucose level that can be used to check your meter is still giving correct readings. You should check your test meter at the manufacturers suggested intervals.
