weight to aim for. This will give you a quick idea of how overweight you
are and how much weight you should aim to lose. Women
For example a 5 foot 6 inch women would be 100 + 6*5 = 130 pounds, or 9 stones 4 pounds. Men
For example a 5 foot 10 inch man would be 106 + 6*10 = 166 pounds, or 11 stones 12 pounds. Body Mass IndexAnother way to discover your best weight range is to use the Body Mass Index, or BMI. A BMI value of less than 20 is considered under weight, 20 to 25 is the normal range 25 to 30 is overweight with over 30 considered obese. To calculate your BMI you need to know your weight and height. If you are working in pounds and inches use:
ExampleIf your weight is 150 pounds and you are 5 feet 2 (62 inches)
If you know your Weight in Kilograms and Height in meters use:>
