The Orthofeet Range

Founded by brothers Ron and Mike Bar in 1985. Ron lost a leg whilst on active duty in 1973 and knows the importance of a really comfortable shoe for his surviving foot.

Orthofeet pioneered the idea of making an orthosis you could mold directly to the foot using a water activated synthetic resin. The whole process takes about 3 minutes!

Orthofeet shoes are highly acclaimed, with great designs, reasonable price and uncompromising build quality.

Mens Oxford Lace Up

Genuine Nappa leather uppers. Available in black or Brown. Extra foam padding around the collar and tongue. Seamless and breathable lining. Comes in 3 width fittings Sizes 7 to 14 and some half sizes. Can accomodate custom orthotics.

Meets Medicare Diabetic shoe requirements. Stylish and well made, you should also consider the custom orthotics available from Orthofeet.

Womens Black Lace Ups

Genuine Nappa Leather Upper, with Stretchable Suede top to accomodate swollen feet. Seamless and breathable lining. 3/4" Heel Extra foam padding around the collar and tongue. Can take customised orthotics

Our Verdict

Available in sizes 5 to 11 with a full range of half sizes. This really stylish shoe is one that will feel incredibly comfortable from day one. We really like the dual texture with stretchable upper. A real winner, currently only available in black. A similar shoe, but with a velcro fastening version is also available.

Mens Velcro Slip Ons

Soft real leather upper. Easy fastening with the Velcro strap. Lots of padding around the collar and tongue. Extra width in the mid and toe section. US Sizes 7 to 14 Any color as long as its Black. 1/2" heel height. Accomodates custom orthotics

Our Verdict

Very smart shoe from a top quality range of mens and womens shoes. The strap is stylish, but is also especially suitable for those who find laces hard to manage. A breathable, seamless lining completes the picture. A comfortable, hard wearing and practical shoe.
